AetherX pairs built-in GPS with a broad set of wrist-based wellness features, while keeping medical claims properly separated from everyday trend tracking.
Follow wrist-based heart-rate patterns through the day when background tracking is enabled, with blood-pressure wellness estimates available separately.
Capture a consumer wrist ECG waveform for personal reference or discussion with a healthcare professional.
Take wrist-based SpO₂ spot checks and compare your own trends over time. Readings can vary with fit, movement and other conditions.
Compare wrist skin-temperature changes against your personal baseline. This is not a clinical thermometer or fever diagnosis.
Review estimated sleep-stage and overnight heart-rate trends in the companion app for general wellness awareness.
Record supported walking, running and riding routes from the wrist and review route information in the companion app.

AetherX brings supported heart-rate, HRV, sleep, SpO₂, skin-temperature and activity information together in the companion app so you can compare your own patterns over time rather than overreact to a single wrist reading.
AetherX includes a cuffless wrist-based blood-pressure feature for general wellness awareness. Use it to compare personal trends rather than as a substitute for a validated upper-arm cuff.
For wellness tracking and awareness — not a replacement for a medical blood pressure monitor.

AetherX can capture a consumer wrist ECG waveform on demand and save supported information in the companion app for your own reference or discussion with a healthcare professional.
AetherX does not diagnose arrhythmia or other heart conditions. Seek professional care for symptoms or concerns.
Wear AetherX overnight to review estimated sleep stages and overnight heart-rate trends, then compare your own nightly pattern over time in the companion app.

AetherX lets you review wrist-based SpO₂ spot checks and skin-temperature changes against your own baseline. Skin temperature is not the same as core body temperature, and neither feature should be used to diagnose illness.

AetherX includes supported HRV information, stress-related wellness readings and MET activity-intensity data in the companion app. Use them to compare your own patterns rather than as medical assessments.

AetherX includes SOS, fall-alert/reminder and location-sharing features designed to help contact configured people when the required setup, phone or network connection, signal and battery conditions are available.
AetherX is not a medical-alert service and should not be your only emergency-contact method.

A sculpted case, rotating crown and large display give AetherX a polished everyday look in Black or Gray while keeping GPS and wellness features close at hand.

A GPS fitness watch is two products in one case — a training tool and a health tracker. They behave differently and it helps to know how.
GPS positioning is accurate to a few metres in the open and worse under tree cover or between buildings, so two devices on the same run can differ by a percent or two. The official US government page on GPS accuracy sets out the real figures. Compare the same route week to week rather than device against device — that comparison is meaningful and the other is not.
Pace lies on hills, in heat and on tired legs. The American Heart Association target heart rate guide sets out the zones behind every training plan, and continuous tracking shows where the session actually sat rather than where it was meant to.
Heart-rate variability differs enormously between people, so your figure compared to anyone else’s is meaningless. AetherX compares each day against your own rolling baseline, and that baseline needs about two weeks to settle before the readings are worth reacting to.
A single-lead trace from your wrist and a fingertip is one view of the heart’s electrical activity, not the twelve-lead recording a clinician uses. Save it, note how you felt, and take it to an appointment — see our ECG guide, ECG watches with GPS and what a watch can say about AFib.
Alerts go to contacts you set up in advance, through your paired phone. They are not an emergency service and do not dispatch help, and fall detection is pattern matching that can miss a slow fall or trigger on a dropped watch. Set the contacts before you need them. The CDC activity guidelines are the weekly targets underneath all of it.

The satellites. A fitness tracker records what your wrist felt — steps, heart rate, sleep. A GPS fitness watch adds where you went, how fast and how much you climbed, read directly from satellites rather than borrowed from your phone. That is what makes route maps, honest pace and elevation profiles possible when your phone is nowhere near you.
Yes — it is by far the most expensive thing any watch does, because the receiver has to stay awake and locked onto satellites throughout. A watch quoted at weeks of standby will typically manage a long day or two of continuous recording. Plan around the recording time you actually need rather than the headline standby figure, and expect cold weather to reduce it further.

Yes. Alongside GPS, AetherX includes supported heart-rate, HRV, wrist ECG, SpO₂, blood-pressure wellness estimates, skin-temperature, sleep and stress-related wellness features.
No. AetherX records a consumer wrist ECG for personal wellness awareness. It is not a clinical 12-lead ECG and does not diagnose arrhythmia or other heart conditions.
No. Treat the blood-pressure feature as a wellness estimate and SpO₂ as wrist-based spot-check information. Use validated medical devices when clinical measurements matter.
No. AetherX tracks wrist skin-temperature changes against a personal baseline. Skin temperature is different from core body temperature, so it should not be used as a clinical thermometer or fever diagnosis.
AetherX provides supported HRV-related trend information in the companion app. HRV can vary with many factors, so use it to compare your own wellness patterns rather than as a diagnosis.
They depend on proper setup, compatible phone or network connection, signal and battery conditions. AetherX is not a medical-alert service and should not be your only emergency-contact method.
